“Alyson Lamothe is competent and professional. She is empathetic, attentive, kind, personable, thorough, listens well and adapts to individual patient’s needs. I have been the beneficiary of her skills and observed her interactions with other patients and staff alike. She is consistently excellent in every aspect. I feel so well cared for in her presence. She is genuinely kind and exceptionally effective and supportive. I can’t say enough good things about her.”
“We are most happy to share our experiences with the Health Resource Center. We were really impressed by the wisdom of those who set up this wonderful spot in Santa Barbara for accessing medical information from the published journals of the medical world. Of course we recommend this spot for others. The equipment is well maintained and available along with many print texts and pamphlets. The staff keeps track of the searches and often contacts inquirers with additional information. They are available by e-mail or telephone to provide answers for new questions. Sansum Clinic is to be congratulated for establishing this jewel of a research library on Pesetas Lane.”
“I received the ultimate customer service from the staff, nurse and doctor. I will always feel comforted and optimistic about receiving the best treatment available when I need their services again.”
“I delayed having a colonoscopy until I was 64 . My local doctor removed 3 benign polyps but there was a fourth larger one that would require surgery. I decided to get a second opinion and made an appointment with Dr. Greaney. He looked at the notes from the colonoscopy and asked, "Why are you here?" I said, "Because I was told I need surgery." "No you don't." He walked me down to Dr. Egans office where I was scheduled for a second colonoscopy. Dr. Egan successfully removed the polyp the first guy saw plus a second one he missed. Moral of the story, Get a colonoscopy when you are supposed to. Thank you so much to Dr. Greaney for his knowledge and sense of humor and Dr. Egan for his knowledge and skill and the nursing staff , they were great too. It was actually kind of fun, I got to watch on the screen! ”
“I love the customer service I got from Cardiology. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Scott and Suzanne were the ones that attended me with care. Thank you!”
